Description Document
Saddleridge Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Saddleridge Sections I and II, approved by the Saddleridge Property Owners in September, 2008. These Covenants were filed with Hays County Clerk and Recorders Office on October 10, 2008 in Volume 3500, Page 210 through 224.

Current Saddleridge Bylaws have not changed and are available in the next line below.
