Watch Program has provided Americans
a unique safety infrastructure that brings together local officials,
law enforcement and citizens for the protection of communities.
Lee Gibson started and served as the first coordinator for the SaddleRidge Neighborhood Watch Program in 1999. The first National Night Out was held in the Clubhouse that same year. |
